Mr. Liu Ming

Chairman

Mr. Liu Ming was born in 1963. 

1978~1982     Dalian University of Technology, Shipbuilding Department, Bachelor degree.

1982~1995     Worked in CNOOC Bohai Oil Production Company, senior engineer.

                     Taking charge of maintenance management of offshore production platform.

1995~2002     Shenzhen Jutal Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (Tianjin), General Manager.

Jan. 2002       Established Shanghai Timeast Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., served as the Chairman.

                      At present, the company has 5 subsidiaries, respectively engaged in submarine pipeline laying,
                      complete petrochemical sets of equipment manufacturing, offshore platform building services,
                     FPSO system integration services and oil & gas system design. 

                     Mr. Liu Ming has been working in the offshore oil industry for more than 30 years,
                    and has accumulated rich experience in offshore oil construction, installation and management.

Mr. Luo Ming

General Manager

Mr. Luo Ming was born in 1974.

1994             Graduated from Southeast University, Mechanical Engineering Department, Bachelor degree.

2005             Graduated from Business Administration in Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, 

                    Master degree.

1994~2002    Worked in China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd Industrial Equipment Installing Company,
                   CHIYODA Corporation, Shenzhen Jutal Machinery Equipment Co,. Ltd. (Tianjin).

                    Responsible for engineering and procurement management of petrochemical projects. 

Jan. 2002      Established Shanghai Timeast Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd., served as the General Manager.

                     At present, the company has 5 subsidiaries, respectively engaged in submarine pipeline laying, 

                     complete petrochemical sets of equipment manufacturing, submarine platform building services,

                     Mr. Luo Ming has been working in the petrochemical industry for more than 20 years,
                    and has accumulated rich experience  in offshore oil construction, procurement and management.
